This gorgeous crushed, velvet cape brings depth and dimension to any outfit. It has a firm collar that you could pop up if you choose, and a frog closure opening. The cape is shorter at the front and gradually becomes longer at the back. The back of the cape does not disappoint; it has a gathered, rippling effect that slightly puckers out and is topped off with a tassel at its peak.
