Shipping options

Receive free shipping on orders over $100 within North America. For orders under $100 within North America, a $12 shipping fee will apply.

Order processing time

All orders are processed between 1-2 business days. If you place an order on a Friday, the processing time will take place on the following Monday.

Shipping carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has been shipped by Canada Post. This will also include your estimated delivery date. 

Taxes and Duty Fees

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Any applicable duty fees are paid by the customer.
