With an artful finish to a simple tank, this voluminous Norma Kamali maxi skirt is filled with so much detail. Beautifully made, the skirt if fitted at the waist that has a bib-like flap that folds over into a v-shape and gathers down into a pool of soft pleats, accented by oversized, slouchy pockets. Adjustable, attached suspenders completes this unique and charming piece. A wonderful addition and a piece of fashion history for your vintage skirt collection.
