1980s Reworked Ruffle Velvet Top

This sweetheart neckline top was once a dress and we simply cut the skirt off, leaving the back zipper and top intact. The edges are unfinished but we quite like it that way. Voluminous ruffles gives this piece "statement top" status. Wear with your favourite vintage denim for an effortlessly chic and cool look.
