1950s Purple Quilted Duster

Fabulous quilted duster featuring an embroidered trim that runs along the neck and opening. The arms are 3/4 length and the duster nips in at the waist and flares out to a full skirt that gathers and sort of dips and pleats and pleats in waves. Beautifully made by hand, the material is heavy and flows behind you like a cape as you walk. There are some flaws to note that gives this special piece even more character. Such a great find for vintage duster lovers.

Condition: Fabulous with signs of wear; zipper is broken, small area on lower skirt was patched/mended (see last image) and colour variations throughout that gives it a sort of ombrè look that we quite like.
